The main goal of CrossGym 101 is "body control" at variety physical movement situation.
Variety body positions control in air are also part of syllabus. Fundamental movement such as galloping , hopping, vaulting, skipping , leaping over blocks, diving over obstacle, jumping over objects, running on the edge, pivoting and twisting in air will be selected in the training courses.
Basic tumbling and trampolining with weekly target skills will be applied to the course also; tumbling skills for self-protection from falling training (actively and passively) will be conducted throughout the program.
Rhythmical skills, short distance sprinting, quadrupedal movement and other movements as deemed most suitable for the training for obstacle course challenge are implemented. Monthly obstacles challenge games will be designed with targeted age group by end of each term.
